If you don’t want to use VLC
(I personally don’t like it) you can download Perian – it’s a free codec program that will let you play just about any media file through the QuickTime engine
(the media engine that just about every Apple product uses).

I think it works with Real files as well.

If you have already installed Boot Camp you must install a copy of Microsoft Windows.
Boot Camp is simply a program that tells the computer to startup in OS X or Windows.
You cannot run Windows programs directly on your Mac without installing a full-copy of Windows either via Boot Camp or a shell program like Parallels Desktop.
Boot Camp has an installer built in that will help you with the Windows installation.
After that, boot to Windows then insert your Flight Simulator CD and install/play.

1. Shut down the computer to be used as a disk. Leave the other computer on.
2. Connect the two computers with a FireWire cable.
3. Start up the computer to be used as a disk, then open System Preferences, click Startup Disk, and click Target Disk Mode. (Or, start it up while holding down the T key.)
4. A disk icon appears on the desktop of the other computer.
5. Transfer files by dragging them to and from the disk.

are you trying to setup an e-mail client, or are you trying to access mail with your web browser (if so, which browser)?
One thing you might try – On the Yahoo!
webmail page, click on the options on the upper-right corner.
This gives you a drop-down menu, the bottom option, for me (using firefox on win 7) is “Set Y!

Computer prices always decrease with time especially around December.
We are also expecting some new MAc’s around the Sept/Oct time frame.

Yeah, I think that the price on the mac book will go down by then.
Since the line was just changed in June, you will not likely see a price decrease by December other than holiday sales.
Most likely, you will see a price decrease/change in January after Macworld Expo when new models are usually announced.
If you can wait until then you can usually find bargains on outdated stock and a lot of people selling their old Macs to upgrade to the latest and greatest.
